OT Oakland County Home buying program

Oakland county has a 'Neighborhood Stabilization Program'.  Basically they will loan you 49% of the value of the home you purchase with terms being interest free and no payments, simply pay the loan when you sell the house.

You can't currently own a house.
You need to meet income requirements.
It has to be a foreclosed house that is purchasing and in select neighborhoods.
