I believe it's time to start pricing new tanks. I'm looking for a 70-92g corner bowfront (quarter cylinder) with stand. I've already looked at many different places but would appreciate everyone's input on personal experiences with various manufacturers. Glass or acrylic, either is fine.

Please include links to websites if possible and or general pricing info too please.

Not Exactly sure about bow fronts but this guy has many years experience I have purchased two 150 gallons his pricing cant be beet by my local Aquarium/Aquatic Stores

Are you having trouble finding a store that sells them?  Aqueon makes them.  I've never special ordered a tank from a LFS but I suspect it's possible.

That is one of the places I would like a wrote from but I'm afraid they don't make corner tanks. Perhaps pentagon shaped ones though.

The 92 gallon is actually discontinued. I contacted one of the local stores that seeks Aqueon and they said that they just haven't updated their site yet. The price seemed high to me too even for just the 54. Right now I'm going to get a quote from http://www.midwestcustomaquariums.com/aquariums/

I just got off the phone with http://www.midwestcustomaquariums.com/aquariums/ . While im sure their products are worth the money it is well outside of my price range. I knew that being acrylic would cost significantly more but 4x the cost even when they have a mold of the size tank I want in stock seemed a bit excessive to me. And that doesn't even include the stand or shipping.

There is a person here in Michigan that makes glass aquariums of basic sizes and will even create one that is a corner pentagon but I am not aware of his name/company name or how to contact him. I guess the search continues. Then again maybe ill get lucky and find a 92g used quarter cylinder.

Did you call Rick at Over the Edge?  They are in imlay city and make glass aquariums.

We can build you a corner pentagon as big as 1/4" glass will handle, which is 40-50 gallons. Can't go bigger than that as we don't have thicker glass.
