I have only had it a few months, guys rave about them on cichlid forums dot com but I have also read some bad reviews on Amazon.

Same with eheim/ebo jager, they have alot of loyal fans of their heaters but if you read recent reviews it appears quality and customer service has gone down hill, every brand has duds it seems. I bought a aquaeon pro a week or so ago and it seems solid, knock on wood ;-)
Those guys you're buying your tank from have been in the biz a long time and seem like good guys to deal with.
I thought about buying one of their cube reef setups once a few years ago

Welcome to the forum.  Get a hold of me.  I am right around the corner from you and running almost 100 tanks.

I sent you a pm last night and a email tonight  with my phone number. Give me a call  I sure would love to check out all the tanks  and setups you have .

Welcome.

And don't stop by Josh's unless you want motivation to get more tanks. Lol.

I can see how this hobby can grow with so many different fish that have different requirements or compatabilities.
