Seller paid 3,000 in closing and then we got 2 grants equaling 7000 dollars and they figured out a way to use all of it and us to get back some on the money that we paid out of pocket. So after everything was all said and done the grant did the down payment insurance and we got money back for the inspection. So it came to 2.60 of what we owed.

Nice deal.

I need you to buy my next house.  I paid much more than $2.60 when I bought my last house.  You da Man!  Congrats!

Congrats on the house!  Your going to have to explain the closing cost thing...

How many people do you guys think it will take to carry a 180 up some stairs cause we are about to find out.
I can get a 180 moved with just one person.  Basically provide Blair with some whiskey and then tell him there is no way he could do it.

That actually works better when bringing a 180 DOWN the stairs.  ;)

congratulations Dan

Just make sure you do not squeeze Regalblue right hand against any walls.  :o
