Without telling which variant/collection point there is not going to be any way of knowing.  Unless you want a big gap in the price range.

You might find this info as to growth rate/size at different ages helpful:  http://www.frontosa.com/viewtopic.php?t=991

Obviously results can vary greatly depending on feeding, tank size, and number of water changes you do.

How many different sections of the board were you planning to ask this question in?

I thought Ron moved the thread...but it looks like it was not moved.  He was posting over here per Daniel Ratti's suggestion: http://michigancichlid.com/simplemachinesforum/index.php?topic=2769.msg24074#msg24074

Maybe a thread merge?

Best place for Frontsa advice is cyphos.com.   There are many varients and each varient is different.  The less expensive ones are Burundi and Mobas are one of the most expensive ones to buy.  They grow at different rates, have different personalities, and look different.

I did move it to the Old World section since it was an Old World species-specific question and I'd left a shadow topic in the original location so it wouldn't be hard to find. It's here: http://michigancichlid.com/simplemachinesforum/index.php?topic=2769.0

A merge is possible - but first to the OP, perhaps a confirmation of not making a new thread if it's merged?  :D
