My bad, I thought you meant the genus and species both started with M.  Instead of both the primary/alternate name for the genus starting with M.  I'll stop now as I have no idea.  Unrelated, cobalt blues look nice.  :)

Last hint - it's a classic Blue Barred species that used to be common about 15yrs or so ago. But now you only usually a species within the same genus that is lacking a visual distinguishable characteristic.
