Here is my new 55g Tang community tank. Currently there are 3 Julidochromis Marlieri, 2 neolamprologus brevis "kitumba orange belly" and a yet unidentified pleco I have had for a while. Here's the fts

Nice...and I admit I'm partial.  I have N. brevis and J. marlieri in a tank with a inkfin Calvus for population control.

Nice tank and pic of the fish.  I would add more shells through piggy backing on Ron's question.  Rule of thumb is at least two or three shells per shellie.

Tank decor looks good-that pile of rocks will provide plenty of places for fish to hide and claim their territory. I think some shells would be good.  8)

Brevis are "shell dwellers".  They'd be happiest with shells in the tank. They spawn in the shells.

Yeah, I knew there needed to be more shells. I was just waiting for them to get here. There are actually about 24 shells in this tank now. When I get a chance I will take a new pic.
