 I'm Jonathan Strazinsky and I've been in the hobby for 32 years now, some call that a beginner! That's somewhat true as I'm always looking to further my education when it comes to this hobby.
  My main focus is and always has been Central and South American cichlids, specifically the larger growing or aggressive species. I find it fascinating attempting to manage the aggression and then get these species to spawn. I'm also a bit partial to large growing aggressive catfish and larger growing oddball species.
  I'm a carpenter by trade and have often married my profession to the hobby, building tanks and tank stands and various other diy projects.
 I'm married to an incredibly understanding and supportive wife. Who puts up with me on a daily basis. We've got four kids, the oldest graduates high school this year and the youngest is ten.
  I love talking in front of people, I've got a big personality and encourage your participation, I want to learn from you too!
