Check out the pics.  Stand has a hole in the bottom from where it was plumbed directly to the basement.

Have a piece of black wood that covers the front so the the hole and plumbing can't be seen.  Paint is peeling from on top of stand, but could be repainted.

Bottom glass is tempered.  Back of the tank was painted black, but is peeling some as well.

Little elbow grease and it would be good as new.
