Pseudotropheus Zebra Long Fin Pelvic Galireya Reef
« on: June 10, 2016, 10:39:36 PM »
First got these from Oyers many years ago. So when I started again I got some more thanks to a member here. I have one adult male and four females. They are large for zebras in my opinion. I have to hand feed my male though. I am not sure why. Maybe because he is shy. I can put large flakes into the tank but he doesn't seem to get enough. So it became more easy to just dunk a clump of spirulina in front of him. This doesn't always work but I feel better know he is eating enough.
I wanted to breed these but apartment living may scrap my breeding ambitions. Anyway these are the second coolest fish that I own.

I found that too. Many years ago I kept 3 males 3 female adults in a 55 with no trouble. This time around one male is all I can keep in a 90 with females. He is okay with other fish. I do also like them very much. And the females are cool too.
