The difficulty is your location, for the same reason you don't want to drive down here...others don't want to drive up to Fenton to buy what they can find down here.

Thanks for the info.. It's not the drive it's the fact that I am swamped preparing my house for sale, tearing fish tanks down, packing, dealing with real estate agents, looking for a new home far far away, and trying to somehow maintain a level of sanity. This move is pretty sudden...
