Trouble keeping my glass clean. Need some info!

Hello all- I have 4 tanks going so far... One of my tanks is a 60 gallon 4 ft . has 20 yellow labs,2 bristlenose and 1 rainbow tropheus in it. for some reason I can not get the water crystal clear and the glass is always dirty. I have to clean this tank every 4 days. I have a hob filter and the FX6 in which i just started running about 2 weeks ago. Any help would be great. See you all soon.

I'd be willing to help out and take that tank off you hands. LOL (I have two more coming next week)

Use a bit of fine padding or even filter floss in the bottom  tray of the FX6. make sure not to fill the tray to the edges with whatever you use as it will get clogged and slow down the flow. Better to allow bypass at the edges to maintain high flow rates.

Thanks for the help Andrew. First clean on the fx6 I will put some fine padding in the tray. I have been following your post, I will be in contact soon. Need to get another tank up and going!

Are you over feeding & have the lights on a lot?

No just feeding twice a day and everything is gone within 2 minutes. Led light on from 9 to 9. I thought it might be to many fish. I will keep trying diff ideas see what happens. my other 3 are really clear. Thank you

Cutting back the light should help. 

Personally,  I love algae covering the back glass & decor.  One of my methods of getting it covered is to leave the lights on 12-14hrs a day.
