Funny craigslist Ad

I was just perusing craigslist while watching television and thought this was a funny ad (as in ridiculous):

"I have a queen pillow top mattress about a year and a half old. Its a good mattress still no bed bugs. I had my bed in the flood and the water came up far enough to damage the box spring. Its being stored in the garage so it might have spider webs on it. I'm getting a new one so I need it gone ASAP!!!!"

This was the real deal maker: "still no bed bugs" 

Are we to assume that this homeowner eventually gets bed bugs in all their mattresses?

Maybe they travel a lot?! 

Or maybe they are just sick of everyone who inquires, the first question they ask is if it has bed bugs? To which, who the heck would say "yes, it does"?
