you can get it at lowes or home depot it's what Im using currently but my space is small would probably need a few for a whole basement.   It doesn't need to be vented you just plug it in and it heats the room to a specific temperature and turns it self off automatically.  Very efficient IMO.

I use a lasco infrared heater in a 12x 30 room and it keeps it at 78 pretty steady.
