I have a pair of Sapphire Rams from pruess pets and they have claimed an area in a patch of Blyxa Japonica and are now gaurding a nest with about 30 to 40 eggs in it.They are in a heavily planted 20 long with a trio of orange australe killi's and 5 orange laser corys.
My question is what are the odds any of them will survive?
Will I have to remove them to another tank to grow out?
When should I do so?
I am not set up for fry raising although I do have 5 celebese rainbow fry just hatched 5 days ago in a small fish bowl with some moss and a few daphinia.
My wife removed a water lettuce from one of our planted tanks and put it temporarily to one of her outdoor daphinia cultures and the next day she removed it and found 2 swimming in the culture so she put the water lettuce and the 2 fry in the bowl and next day there were 5 so we are gonna grow em up till they can fend for them selves in my Rainbow tank.
What are the odds
