What sand do you use and where do you get all of your rocks from?

The sand is fine grit (white) Commercial grade paver sand from Home Depot ($3.48 per 50lb bag). All the rocks and petrified wood in this tank came from "The Aquarium Shop" in Royal Oak on Main Street.

Awe, don't sell yourself short. Everyone has it but it's like a muscle... You have to exercise it.
