Alternative to Clout?

OK, so when I was last into keeping fish, Clout was the do it all medication.

Being as it is hard to come by now... is there an alternative?

 When I had had a couple fish with bloat a couple months ago Tony suggested some stuff called metronidazole which I bought that was supposed to be a lot like clout only not quite as harsh on the fish.

I wasn't able to find that in a liquid form (mostly because it was late at night when I was looking at it so I couldn't call most of the LFS)...I did find that Tetra Parasite Guard tablets include that and praziquil (sp?) as main ingredients.

Hmmm.... for some reason, I thought they stopped making it and you couldnt get it anymore.  Now I see it is for sale.

Oh remember... Kees Pet Shop told me this.  Maybe they just cant get it.
