MCA Jehmco Group Order - Order by 4/24 - Delivery 5/3 meeting or 5/4 Auction

MCA is doing a group order led by myself with Jehmco the near future.

Shipping costs / discounts are still TBD.  I just wanted to give a heads up that the order will be happening.

Order cut off will be April 24 with delivery to May 3rd MCA meeting or May 4th Auction / Vendor Swap.  All orders will need to be prepaid.

Very interested on seeing the prices on the boxes of 24 for sponge/box filters, also something I wasn't expecting was the really good prices on the drift wood.  I hopefully will be in on this :  )

I heard rumors of this just after receiving an order this past January. ~16 replacement filters and a lot of bags for the MCA winter auction. As always, they are a great company to deal with from making the sale through the shipment of the product. I'll have to double check if I'm lacking anything and might have to get in on this.

Shipping costs / discounts are still TBD.

Jehmco will not be giving any additional discounts or free shipping.  People will expect to pay for the item in full in advance.  If others buy the same thing as you which ends up qualifying for a qty discount those monies will be refunded at time of delivery.

I will cover the shipping costs at time of the order but I will calculate your share of shipping and expect payment before handing over your goods.

I'm not too surprised since there wasn't incentive for a group order over individual orders. Get anything yourself?

I'd gotten an order of sponge filter replacement sponges about 1-2 weeks before intentions for this order were announced. Great people, service, and product from Jehmco like usual.

I was already all set on sponge filters, and am downsizing vs. setting up central air, so a lot of the parts they offer were not as attractive to me right now.  For what it's worth as to why I didn't participate.

I agree about the incentive.  I was surprised by their response of doing basically no incentive, but oh well.  I was kinda glad no one wanted anything because I had too much going on in life at that time anyways.

No I didn't do another order.  I have most everything I will need for my fishroom that I don't have access to with my own suppliers.
