MCA/MCAS/GDAS do not, to the best of my knowledge.  There are some coral frag swap meets on the west side of the state...and possibly Lansing area?   But not these auctions.

I think MCAS and GDAS allow them.  They just don't really ever have anyone bring any.  I could be wrong though.
I used to be a people person... but people ruined that for me.

yes MCAS does allow saltwater but we hardly ever get anything
