This is a cichlid my wife picked up for me from Wal-Mart here in town, im not a big fan of there fish. But its pretty cool lookin. I had him QT'd for over a week, and now decided to throw him in with the group. Any help identifying would be great... ???

I know the pic isn't really good, its from my phone. I might try to catch him and put him in my dip and pour... Or use the digital and up load a picture.

Looks like a Copadichromis borleyi to me. Had to say what the sex is at that age/size - the grey/silver body and orange fins are female coloration and the males get a blue head and fully colored body once they get larger. I don't have any pictures of my current group, but here's a quick image I found online that you could use to compare to yours:

First off, im not sure if im doing the quote thing right or not, anyway doesn't really matter i suppose. Thank you Ron, actually with the digital camera, the head is all blueish color. Very cool lookin fish i tell you that. The wife did good this time. I will try to get the pic up later or tomorrow if possible. Maybe those other pics will help a little more. Thanks for the info tho, and the link...
