Amazing Opportunity
« on: September 26, 2011, 08:57:20 PM »
I’ve been thinking of ways to ‘give back’ to fish hobby.  I’ve decided to give someone hands on training in aquatic husbandry.  The course will be 4 to 6 hour long classes every other week.  The course will consist of:

Proper water changing techniques
Algae scraping / glass cleaning
Power filter cleaning / maintenance
Canister filter cleaning / maintenance
Sponge filter cleaning
Wet / Dry filter cleaning / maintenance
Mouth broader fry stripping
Fish feeding
Fish bagging for auctions

and much much more.

All this comes with hands on experience on my established tanks.  As an added bonus if I move you’ll be able to experience proper tank moving procedures too!

Contrary to what some of the smart-alecs on the board have to say this offer is in no way just a way for me to pawn off my tank maintenance off on someone else.    ;)  :P

This reminds me of a Spongebob episode where Spongebob is talking to Patrick and tells him his pay is $50.00 a week.  He goes on to say that he used to have to pay Mr. Krabs $100.00 a week :P

As of right now this will be totally FREE!  But when it takes off I can see there being a couple thousand dollar fee.  Better strike when the gettin is good!

I forgot to mention that this training will also include random crisis management lessons as well.  Say like I walk into my office at 3am to turn off aquarium lights only to find my FX5 leaking.  In that situation I would call you to come right over and give you the hands on experience of dealing with the crisis!!!

BTW if anyone tells you missing only one of the locking nuts on an FX5 isn’t a big deal tell them they are full of it.  Luckily it was only like 4 or 5 gallons spilled before I noticed.

It's amazing how much 4 or 5 gallons can spread out isn't it?!

4 to 5 gallons is a lot of water, when it is on the floor!
