It looks freaking awesome!
The old penguin house was pretty beat up too, so seems like a great addition.
The penguin exhibit at the Newport aquarium in Cincinnati is pretty cool too, my wife and I did the thing where you get to meet them. They were jumping in my lap and stuff :-)

Yeah it was for sure overdue for a new one. The smell of the old one when you walked in was enough to knock you down
