Sorry for the old Star Trek Ref but......
Did any of you ever reach out at an auction (because no one was bidding on a fish) just to get it started and ended up with the fish for peanuts and wondering what am I going to do with this?
Well at the last cichlid auction I raised my hand on a half dozen Jewels for a buck
Well guess who won?
I thought well they had some nice color and for that price they might end up being protien (sorry to who ever raised these).
Well I had them in a 29 gal for while and they got too aggressive so I moved them into a 90
Now I guess they felt right at home as I have 2 breeding pairs and about 75 fry bopping around (wait a min what are those other two doing?)
I figure we should see wholesalers getting called soon
