Petco dollar a gallon tank sale

I saw a post on MIAPG that Petco's dollar a gallon sale starts on August 28th.  From the way the post reads, she works for Petco, so I'm guessing this is reliable.

They run that sale several times a year so it's a credible posting. If I'm not mistaken there might be some size restrictions but don't quote me on that.

What was the limit again on the size of the tanks they include in this sale?

I'm thinking that they weren't larger than 40s.

It certainly goes up to 40B.  They may include 55 but in previous sales they did not include 50B.

Really?  I could've sworn the two tanks I bought for the club (auction raffle) were 50 breeders.  This was late last fall if I remember correctly.

If i can recall correctly i think they stop at 55g being the biggest one you can buy for a 1$ a gallon. The 50B might differ from store to store? I am not sure but it is definitely under 55 gallons.

Great sale, just this last time they did it a month ago, i picked up 10 new tanks. Not sure if i will be pickin any more this time or not....

10g, 20h, 20L, 29g, 40B, 55g.
The sign in the Lansing store did not list an end date, but it did say the stock was limited. Last year for two of the three sales they had, stock was not limited. It was date restrictive.
