wtb a light solution for a 4'x2'x22" 110 gal, to make it a planted tank

Get a 4 foot shop light with 4 bulbs and put in three 6500k t8 bulbs and one 2700 or 4300 or so kelvin bulbs if you like a more yellow look or get a 10000k or higher bulb if you like a more blue look.  That should grow pretty much anything and with CO2 it would grow like crazy!
Another option is 2-4 cfl as mentioned above but I like them in dome reflectors more than mounted horizontally.  I picked up some cheap Ikea hanging dome reflectors for my 200.
