All that as REQUIRED info? I would say make a couple required and the rest suggested perhaps? Not everyone wants to reveal their location or an exact $ on something all the time. Just saying!
It really helps to streamline a thread where a person doesn't have to go searching through all the replies to find the answers that will surely be asked by potential buyers.
Location can be as simple as the city you live in. If you don't put that in the thread, someone will undoubtedly ask the inevitable question: "where are you located?"
Ditto on the pricing...how else will anyone know if they are willing to spend the money? You can always post a price as $X or best offer.
I have heard so many people say that if a thread doesn't post a price, they lose interest immediately.
