Help on setting up fish room

I could use some help on figuring out what size and how many tanks I will need to start breeding the following fish.
-Archocentrus myrnae breeding pair
-Cichlasoma Salvini breeding pair
-Cleithracara Maronii breeding pair
-Aequidens Patricki 4-5 unsexed 4inch
-Geophagus Surinamensis 1-2 unsexed 4 inch.
-Geophagus Steindachneri 9-10 with at least 2-3 male rest female about 2-4 inches
-Hypsophyrus Nicaraguensis may have breeding pair about 3-4 inches may be more
-Veija Synspila 6-7 unsexed 3-4 inch
-Honduran Red Points 3 males 3-4 females know of at least 2 pair
-Acarichthys heckelii 6-7 unsexed 3-4 inch
-Thorichthys mixteco gold 6-7 2 inch think there is 2-3 male 3-4 female
-Heros sp. Rotkeil 9-10 unsexed 3-4 inch

So that is the list of fish I have so far and have probably forgot a few. Can someone give me some ideas. Thanks....

Is that taking into account their final size? And by only putting in pairs together with dither fish or put all the same species in together?

I think you'll probably need a larger tank for adult synspilum, like a 120 or 150 gallon for that size group to cohabitate somewhat peacefully.

You would probably need a larger tank for the Severums as well.  You would probably be better off thinning them out to a couple of pairs of each.

Right now with some of the species I have I am planning on thinning out as pairs pair up. But you do think what was suggested above is correct?

I'm not qualified to answer for all of the species as I haven't kept them all myself. 

The two that jumped out at me were the severums and synspilum.  You might get two pairs to do alright in a 75 or 90 (severums).  I would guess one pair of synspilum would be alright in a 90.

You could at least start out with some 50 breeders..Most of the fish you have can breed while still growing and in theat size tank. could use or start out with a few 39's as well then move later as they grow...like the severms,,, move to a 75 or 90

I agree with ACK if she means pairs you may be able to get away with slightly smaller if you have pairs.  I have breeding pairs of severums in a 55s and 40 breeders seem to do fine.  1 pair though.
