Fry tank question

I apologize if this is a dumb question.  Is all this string algae ok fr a fry tank?  See pic.....

IMO, the algae is great.  It provides a place for microorganisms to grow that the fry can feed on, and it can give them a place to hide.  In nature algae is everywhere and the fish love it, it's just that to us its not that aesthetically pleasing.

Agreed 100%  Algae is great for fry.

I have heard of a type of algae that will actually eat small fry,  what i was told its a type that will grow in extremely low levels of lights and will eat/trap small fry that get to close when they are sleeping in the dark and don't have the strength to get out of it.  I have only seen it at another breeders tank, but it was local.

While not 100% sure the context of "us", I find all but the brown algae's aesthetically pleasing. 

I used to have some really nice string algae years ago. I'm not certain where it came from, but eventually my Taiwan Reef's figured it out and ate it all.
