What's the one in the fourth photo?
That would be younger Oxydoras niger, sometimes labeled as a "Ripsaw catfish" due to it's scales, but it gets big and I wouldn't recommend it unless you've got plans for a really larger tank.

FWIW I wouldn't recommend to anyone to stock that heavily for the long term. In this case the house was a 1-year rental in college with some friends and I knew I'd have to tear down the tank within a year of setting it up, so it was more of a grow-out show-tank than a long-term show setup. IIRC there were around ~70 (+/-10) mbuna of various species in that tank.
