When I rebuilt mine,  I ordered from Ken's Fish.  They had it drop shipped,
so I'd recommend you contact Alita directly.

Yeah, I ordered from Kens but I should have had a backup pump or a rebuild kit ready. Losing pressure fast. I'm gonna end up hooking up all my little pumps I have stored away.

I have 2 double outlet pumps you can borrow if need to.
Hit me up.

I got it covered but thanks alot. Appreciate it. I got my algae wafers from Ken's yesterday. Hopefully Alita doesn't take forever to ship the kit.

It's been a couple years,  but IIRC it was in my mailbox within a week of ordering.

I got it yesterday. Then i ripped one of the hoses and all of the rubber shock absorbers were rotted out so I had to go to Lowes and figure out how to rig everything. It's now pumping like it never has since I bought it used a couple years ago. I'm gonna buy a backup.
