Title: Registering to sell nonnative aquatic species
Post by: Regalblue on March 11, 2019, 10:35:36 AM
I am not aware of full details,  but to register under the new law on selling nonnative species, follow the link below.
You can use N/A in place of business name/requirements.

Here is the link for the whole public act.  I suggest everyone reads through it & gets to know it,  so they are in compliance with it.

I tried reading through all that legal mumbo jumbo but that sort of stuff is just flat out confusing. Can anyone just put out what the layman terms in that means to the average fish keeper?

Doesn't mean much to the average fish keeper.  It's the people /businesses that possess for selling /trading that are effected

Okay thanks Blair. That's kind'a what I thought from reading it, but wasn't sure. They really could make it a lot more simple to understand than they did that's for sure. Think it will affect the auctions much?

No problem.
How it's going to effect auctions remains to be seen.
