Title: Aqua clear quick filter

  Anybody ever use one of these AC quick filter attachments for a power head as a diatom filter?
   I have some food grade diatomaceous earth leftover from the dogs having fleas a couple years ago.  Figured I'd put it to use.

If you use the filter sleeve attachment that comes with it, they will clog very quickly.
