Hi I suppose I would say I'm new t this forum but not to keeping cichlids. Been doing it for 7 years almost and did not even know this site even was around. Right now I just finished resealing a 180 that I got for free now I just need to figure something ut for a sump...

Also I don't want to put too much pressure on you but soon you will be asked to declare who you choose to align yourself with - The fool with a stick and the Instigator (good guys that are already declared heros on the board) or the Bear (Evil).  LOL.  BTW don't pay any attention to this paragraph it is simply me entertaining myself.

Right on. I've been on other forms for african cichlds and now I find myself on here and also working at a lfs we carry mostly salt water but have africans and some nice looking ones at that.

Yeah I figured what the hell and why not check it out. It's the slow time of the year at the store since its getting warmer out all I do is clean and listen to people bitch so need another way to waste time.
