Spent a few hours at a bonsai show today and that you guys might enjoy seeing some of the pictures of some of the trees.

Curious Steve did you shape those yourself or buy them already like that? I attempted a bonsai 2 years ago and reported it in the wrong season so it died. Tempted to try again with pics like that

These are all ones that other people had in the show today (above ones aren't mine). I have around 15-17 trees myself and I just about always buy nursery stock like shrubs and hedges such as boxwood, junipers, ficus and such and then start working them into bonsai over a few years. Yep that's one thing with bonsai trees you have to be sure of the proper season for repotting, root pruning, branch pruning etc or you can lose them.
