Hi Everoyne
So i had a 33 gallon long with 1/2 tank colonized by multis, the other half pulcher...everything was going well, until...PULCHER FRY.
the multis are being bullied into a tiny corner so they have to go to a new home. I'll be dropping them off at the LFS tomorrow if nobody claims them on kijiji.
My question for this evening: I currently have black diamond sand in the tank. With pulchers , can i switch this to gravel or a clay based substrate ? I had this previously with a community tank and much preferred it to the sand, easier to clean, holds some nutrients for plants, etc.
will this be stressful for the pulchers? will they do ok with larger grained substrate?
