What does everyone think about putting an aquarium on these wheel units.  They are very compact and very strong.  1650lbs each.
thanks,

Looks like they'd work pretty good.

Are you talking about building a stand with these wheels/sliders or just setting the unit on top of these?  What are you looking to gain by being able to move it, cleaning behind, maintenance?

Watch the video to see them rolling around a small SUV.

It's a cool product.  I can see some merit to being able to move a rack of tanks away from the wall sometimes without draining all of them.  I don't know that I would outfit a single aquarium though.  It would depend on the price I guess.

Its in my school and being able to get around it would be very nice as it is located in a depression in a hallway.  It is a fairly tight fit.

If you decide to do it, make sure to post some pictures.  That sounds like an interesting project.

Funny.  No it is in the hallway and it is level.  It is really more for being able to move it easily because it is recessed into a wall opening.

The wheels wouldn't work they extended too far out from the stand and wouldn't fit into the recess.
