Came home to this guy looking like this.. think he might've gotten beaten up, but not sure. Didn't look sick but I can't tell. Any advice would be great thanks!!

Definitely have a fin gobbler in the tank

I would try put him in his own tank and let him heal up.  Some anti-fungal medication may be helpful as well as some salt.  When a caudal gets nawed down close to it's base like that it makes an infection a lot more likely.
