I have a couple fish room set ups for sale.
Pick up in White Lake 48386.

PACKAGE #1
two new 40 breeders, custom made glass tops, two sponge filters each,  and new wood rack. (Free sand substrate if wanted).
Footprint: 39-1/2"x20"  Heights: 59-1/2"  to top of upper tank. 67" to top of upper framing.
I built this one with framing above the top tank in order to mount lighting above the tank.

PACKAGE #2
Basically same as above but with four 40 breeders with all the same items. Three glass top are factory made and fourth is custom made. Wood rack is older but made using 2"x4" risers and 2"x6" crossmembers.
Footprint: 80"x19-1/2" Heights: 65" to top of upper tank. 72" to top of risers.
$200

Both racks are built with storage space underneath.
Both racks total height can be reduced by trimming the legs and reducing the storage space underneath.

I also have some heaters and better types of light fixtures available for these at additional cost.

Interested in the 40 breeders and racks (all of them) and all the red shoulders. What are the dimensions of the racks?

Dang,

Just picked up 6 more tanks and building racks right now. Would love to add these to the group but told my wife I would not get anymore tanks until after Christmas. I imagine they will be gone in a few weeks. Heck of a deal But go ahead and relist them while I try to convince her I need yours too and if they are still around I will let you know for sure.
