Hello club, looking to pick up a male duboisi, preferably around three inch. If anybody has true white bands even better. But will settle for show quality maswa. Willing to pick up, need relatively soon the ladies are lonely.
Best regards,
William T.

Do you know which type(collection point) you currently have?
I would avoid mixing the Duboisi collection points.

Hello John,
Thanks for the advise, I believe the maswa is from kigoma collection, and the white band looks to be karilani point. What I do is grab show pairs, put in show tank. I have a female show quality of each, looking to mate and add to show tank. Tank is compiled of rare pairs. I assure you I'm am not into muddying the waters up with hybrids. As true white bands are hard to find due to people mixing species and collection points. Whatever I cant mate will be traded to sustain tank cost. A mixed species, tropheus show tank that sustains its own cost and growth had always been my idea, and its working well despite what I've read, I guess when guys have girls they fight less with other guys. Thanks for advise i didn't realize how bad my post sounded. But i assure you newbie is only a title I carry here. Gotta pay dues at BBQ. Thanks again nice day to all. Oh wait, do you have fish for sale, your the only relpy out of like twenty views, hopefully everybody knows I dont do hybrids.

I had 30+ Maswa 6 months ago and could have gotten you a male. Sold group.
Honestly, good luck with pairs, never heard anyone trying that. I keep my Tropheus in large colony's to spread aggression.

Thanks for the well wishes. Honestly it has worked like a dream so far, found what I was looking for, visited Scotts cichlids and picked up a few very nice sourced maswa. And a few other groups. Liked his list had to move.
