Title: Cichlid food suggestions?

Hi all...  Any suggestions on what food is ideal for the following  cichlids? I hear that the xtreme aquatics cichlid peewee is good for all, but it has 38% protein.  I think the mbunas and tropheus need more vegetarian food. Let me know ur thoughts and any good brand names. Thanks.

 I would avoid  feeding Tropheus pellets.   They have an extremely long digestive tract, and are susceptible to bloat .

For tropheus I feed Dainichi Veggie FX.  Will also be trying Northfin
