Anyone raising red wigglers to feed their fish? I feed one per week as a treat.
I have been vermicomposting for years and use the castings in my gardening efforts. My fish seem to enjoy them too.

I purchase red wigglers as a fast conditioning food. Vermicomposting sounds more interesting...how did you set up your system?
Thanks,

I have several Rubbermaid containers. Take one and drill holes in the bottom. Place it in the other one. The excess liquid is collected so the bedding doesn't get too wet. Use newspaper for bedding shredded or torn into strips. Feed vegetable scraps.

I just usually buy nightcrawlers.

I have had red wigglers long before I had fish so I thought, "why not?"
