Title: Easiest way to reduce picture size for posting?

Hi!  My pics are all too big and I'm wondering if theres an easy way to downsize them?  Thx!

For Windows XP, Image Resizer is simple and works well.

Here is one that will work with Windows 7

Paint.Net works well, but it takes more than a simple right click.
