Hello members..... I'm new to the forum. Just picked up a new 125 gallon and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on how many and what's some good africans I could mix to fill this awesome tank????

First off, welcome to the forum. Now for the tank stocking suggestions. You should decide if you want to do Lake Malawi, Lake Tanganyika, Lake Victoria, or some other such as West African or Madagascar.
Of course, people do mix all of them but I'm a purist and my suggestions would be fish from only one category.

Thx for the reply..... I want to start by saying I've been out of the hobby for years. I used to get into the African thing years ago but decided to get back involved. I currently have a 37 gallon with a small group of so called "crimson tides" seems I ended up with 3 males and 4 females the dominate male is showing some awesome color already. There all still pretty young though. I was thinking lake tanganyika on this tank. Possibly frontosa's. But I'd like a mix ...... I used to go to a store in Southfield many years ago called "wet pet" think the guys name was Todd Poter" seems all the good local pet stores are closed and gone away. Be great to hook up with some local breeders to stock up with. Any and all advise and opinions are welcome. Thx 😃

I came into this thread expecting an installation of 6' diameter mechanical fans, lol.
Your tank looks great! IMO, do some research on what different types or styles of fish are available before making a purchase.
x2 on Fishy Business being a good shop.
