You are in luck. The Motor City auction is this weekend, so you can sell your remaining items and get the value you are hoping to see.

The difficulty is your location, for the same reason you don't want to drive down here...others don't want to drive up to Fenton to buy what they can find down here.

It's not the drive it's the fact that I am swamped preparing my house for sale, tearing fish tanks down, packing, dealing with real estate agents, looking for a new home far far away, and trying to somehow maintain a level of sanity. This move is pretty sudden...
