Call Pet Supplies plus, usually they throw there's out.  Or I make my own, order boxes off Amazon and insulation foam from Lowes.

Yeah Ken, I just use lowes boxes and cut my own foam out the 4ft x 8ft sheets of foam they have. Works perfect!
