Title: Jehmco
Post by: SKISWETPETS on March 26, 2012, 11:46:40 PM
So im sure there are many of you who have purchased from Jehmco, im wondering what sort of success/problems you have had with them. Im pretty sure im gonna be ordering soon. I checked through work and i can get the plumbing for my air loop, fairly in-expensive to say the least ;D ;D But i need valves, "we don't carry anything that small". And am lookin at box filters. Since i have media here already. Thanks in advance...
SKI,

I have alot of Jehmco products being used on/in my setups.  Everything I have is good quality IMO.
But,  everything I am using from them was purchased second hand. So, I don't have any experience with their customer service.

Thanks Blair, good to know. Like I said. The plumbing end from work is no sweat. I just have to get valves and some box filters. Im thinkin by the case is gonna be the way to go. There is special pricing by the case, it must be since you gotta call for it right.LOL :P

The few times I ordered from them they had very good personal service and fast shipment of goods.

I've always called in orders and gotten great service.

My only complaint would be one order of bags from 3-5 years ago. I swear that every 5-6 bags of one particular size, there's a pin hole leak, which makes early morning bulk bagging a PITA. It's not really Jehmco's fault - it's the manufacturer of the bags, and I didn't discover this until many, many months after my order, so I never took it up with them. Thankfully I'm almost through that lot of bags and am hopeful that the next order won't have that issue.

So i just place my order with Jehmco. Should be shipping to work in 2 days. Then i will hopefully be able to get to work on my Central air system. I was very pleased with whom i spoke to on the phone. "I was able to understand everything she said crystal clear". Gotta wait and see now. ;D ;D

I've always been happy with Jehmco.
As a side note Jim,
I wish I knew you were looking for central air system equipment.
I have a spare linear pump and a lot of valves I planned to post soon.

Hey Jim sounds like Tony might have a deal for you. If nothing else the air valves. If you don't want the pump I am sure someone else on here might be interested in it  ;D

Hey Tony,

I might be interested if still looking to sell.  I was going to order a LPH60 from Jehmco in a few weeks for my fishroom.
