Title: My aggressive African cichlid has started rearranging the gravel in the tank

My aggressive cichlid is now rearranging the gravel in the tank.  Should I be concerned?  Why is he/she doing this?

 Nothing to worry about, that's perfectly natural behavior.

Just about every Cichlid species will.

Thanks for responses.  I had no idea what the fish was doing or why.   :)

It's most likely building itself a nest.
