Title: Aquarium service part time job
Post by: H2Out on April 26, 2015, 07:28:28 PM
wondering if anybody in the Detroit area would be interested in joining a growing company that provides service for  Aquariums and Aviaries. I currently work for the company and I service the accounts in the Grand Rapids area, I love the job. It's an extremely flexible schedule and good pay. It does require a little travel within MI so reliable transportation is needed, there is mileage reimbursement. It's really a job suited for a fish head so I thought I would post here.

Too bad it isn't Washtenaw county. That I'd jump on.

Tony and Blair, this may be hijacking so I'm reporting myself.

I'd look into this but for two reasons.
1) I'd probably get called back to work the day after I started this job.
2) I'd do just fine with this job if it was for freshwater only...I'm allergic to salt water (not literally) and all I know about bird care is they are noisy and make a mess.

I have no powers here so hijack away my friend  :o

The accounts are freshwater only and filled with African cichlids. When I started I knew nothing about birds. The birds are pretty easy to clean up after and there are more aquariums than aviaries.  The pay is a flat rate that equals out to $25 per hour plus 45 cents per mile while traveling. Good customer service skills are needed.
