Still can not believe some one would let you believe you can pick up a tank  on an agreed day and time and sell it to some one else the night before and tell you when you are on your way to pick it up !!!
Talked to them Saturday morning to pick up Sunday after Church... Called Sunday morning after church ...
Even at their price !  no deal...

It sucks that this happened to you, but this section is designed for issues with specific people, not generalized complaints.  So, if you know who it is, your choice is to name them or this gets removed.
