Title: 2015 Winter Auction Rules??

Can i sell congo tetras at the winter 2015 auction. Can i sell OB red empress at the auction.  Can i register to be a member of the Michigan cichlid association the morning of the auction at 10:30.
(sorry i read the rules but i am only 12 and don't understand them.)
